Strong April results - business as usual for May
With our April results finalised BPP have recorded 13 sales across all areas we cover. Although buyer enquiry was sluggish at the start of the month it picked up towards the end of the month as we also adjusted to the inspection restrictions from Covid - 19 with the main restriction being not able to do open house inspections and only make private bookings.
Our agency has always been strong in 3 - D walk through technology but this really came to fruition during April for both our sale & rental properties with 2,111 online walk throughs completed by 1,547 seperate groups.
As we go into May we have many potential sellers asking us "how is the market" with many of them hesitant to put their home on the market, this is creating a supply shortage as demand is higher so we are still seeing pleasing results for clients that are going on the market now rather than waiting for the restrictions to lift.
